国际会议中心位于启迪科技大厦A、C座2层，有多功能厅、会议室和贵宾休息室三个场所组成。
International conference center is on the second floor of A Tower and the second floor of the C Tower . It is composed of Multi-functional Hall, Conference Room and VIP Retiring Room.
多功能厅阶梯式场地可容纳338人。厅内配置了最先进的会务设备，主要有音响扩声、摄像、同声传译（4套）、多媒体显示及切换、数字录音录像、多媒体中央控制系统、舞台机械、智能灯光、DOLBY5.1数字电影放映、电视电话、电子标签等多套智能化系统。同时115平方米的舞台，650平方米的观众看台，最适宜举办大型新闻发布会、高端论坛。
The ladder style Multi-functional Conference Hall can accommodate 338 people. It is equipped with the best meeting facilities such as amplifier, video photographing, simultaneous interpretation (four sets), multi-functional display and switching, digital recording and video-recording and multimedia central control system, stage machines, intellectual lighting, DOLBY5.1 digital movie projecting, TV and telephones, electric labels, etc. Meanwhile, the 115-square-meter stage and 650-square-meter audience stand are the best choice for holding large press conference and high-end forums.
作为国际会议中心多功能厅的辅助会议室共有两处，第一会议室可容纳50人 ，适宜召开圆桌会议，如企业高层会议，小型专题讨论会议等；第二会议室设有60个座位，适宜举办条桌会议，如举办讲演、培训等活动。两处会场均选用了美国Milliken地毯和高档枫木饰面吸音墙面，可保证会谈的舒适及私密。
There are two secondary conference rooms of Multi-functional Conference Hall. One can accommodate 50 people, where is suitable for round table meetings such as enterprise high-level meeting, small special topic meetings etc; the second one has 60 seats, where is suitable for square table meetings such as holding lectures, training activities. The two rooms both adopted American Milliken carpet and high-class beech surface sound absorbing wall, which can ensure the comfort and privacy of the meeting.
