Seeking for an Experienced Online Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of SEO, SEM, Online Ads and beyond.
Job Functions :
1. Keep up to date Search Engine Marketing knowledge of theories and tactics. Monitor latest publications, industry news and discussions. Adapt while web trends and search engine algorithm change.
2. Design weekly, monthly and quarterly SEO/SEM tactics and its implementation for the team.
3. Explore new SEO strategies.
4. Data-mining of search engine statistics, user behavior.
5. Develop test strategies to refine and improve ROI. Identify core insights to drive web traffic at low cost.
6. Lead and execute several marketing campaigns in parallel. Manage, review and keep subordinate's SEO/SEM performance on track.
Required Skills :
1. Excellent English Reading and Writing Skills. CET-4, CET-6
2. Good understanding of various Search Engine algorithms, filters, theories and practises.
3. Good understanding of Adwords, Overture.
4. Experience and skills of online marketing analytics and reporting tools.
5. Ability to lead projects. Good communication skills with team members.
6. Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking, rapidly changing industry.
7. Ability to shine and deliver remarkable results under critical situation.
8. Hand on experience with Internet Industry. Ability to read trends and adapt.
Preferred Skills:
1. Starup company work experiences
2. Strong B2C marketing experiences
